Understanding the Process
Proper prep work to the exterior of a home is essential to achieve a long lasting, good looking exterior paint job.
The first thing we do is pressure wash siding and trim to remove dirt, cobwebs, mildew and oxidized paint. This helps establish a better bond between the old paint and new paint.
Caulking is an important part of protecting your home from deterioration. We caulk all joint separations between siding and where siding meets trim. This process will seal off the house from water entry and help protect it from deterioration.
If your house has siding that needs to be painted then we normally spray paint the siding first then after the siding has had a little time to dry, we then start painting the trim. We use top grade paint to insure that you have a long lasting good looking paint job.
Once our paint crew has finished painting your home, they inspect their work before presenting it to you for inspection. Usually this will involves some touch up work. Once they feel confident in the completed project, then they will ask you to inspect their work. Usually there is some more touch up that needs to be done. Our goal is customer satisfaction.
