5 year Warranty
Painters Flair offers a 5 year warranty on labor and materials on the coat of paint we apply to your house. If you have any pealing problems during that 5 year period from the time we completed your project, then just call us and we will come by and take a look at any paint issues and scrape and prime the areas of pealing and put a top coat over that area. The paint manufacturer also provides a warranty on the paint that we use. Usually it’s a 25 year warranty or life time warranty depending which paint you agree to when you have us perform your painting services.
We rarely have a problem with our paint not sticking. Ninety Nine percent of the time the 1st layer that was ever put on the house is the layer that lets loose. If the first layer has lost it’s bond then all subsequent layers of paint that bond to the first layer will of course come off as well. The 5 year warranty Also extends to any repairs we perform on your home.
